Application Details: Demolition, Alterations, New Building for 52 Multiple Dwellings, Food Services, General Retail and Hire and associated Car Parking, Subdivision (Lot Consolidation), and Associated Works, including works within road reserve.

The proposal is for the demolition of the existing buildings on 58 Harrington Street, the demolition of the rear of the existing building on 59 Davey Street, and the construction of a new 13 storey mixed use building containing three basement levels of car parking, three commercial tenancies at ground level, and a total of 52 residential apartments over levels 1 to 12.
