A Poor Venue

I've been to a couple of concerts and a workshop day in City Hall.

The acoustics are fairly poor.  It is entirely unsuitable as a space for workshops.

Heating and cooling non-existent - a bit of an issue in Hobart (esp. the lack of heating).

A space for community to use in a variety of ways would be excellent.
