Albuera Street Primary School Access Travel Plan

Please complete one (1) survey for each student. Students who may travel from more than one household during the school week are encouraged to respond to the survey based on the home that they live in most of the time. Students who live 50/50 across two households can complete two surveys. 

Please note that all information collected is anonymous and will only be used for the purposes of the School Active Travel Plan project. There is a section at the end of the survey where students can complete information with their parents/guardians about the potential barriers to active travel.
