Customer Service Charter


The City of Hobart Customer Service Charter was endorsed by Council at their meeting on Monday 21 May 2018.

The Draft Customer Service Charter was open for community engagement during November and December 2017. The report to Council which includes the results of the engagement can be read in the Finance and Governance Committee Meeting Agenda Supplementary Item dated 15 May 2018.
