Selfs Point/Cornelian Bay Master Plan – Gap Analysis Feedback

Dear Colleagues,

This initiative, which began as a sports and recreation-focused plan, has evolved into a broader, integrated strategy for the Cornelian Bay and New Town Bay/Selfs Point area.

We are fully committed to refocusing the project lens, incorporating important, place creation, open space and waterways considerations – so it becomes more a ‘Place Plan’ than the sport and recreation plan that the project started out as.

However, we also need to mindful that we want to acknowledge the work done and honour the engagement already conducted, especially sport and recreation stakeholders. 

We will run a ‘gap analysis’ approach for the workshop, with participants reading the current document first (in its more revised form) for context and background and then completing a gap analysis questionnaire prior to the meeting.
