  • Draft Community Safety Commitment 2019 Feedback Form Open

    The City of Hobart Safety Strategy (2004) is currently under review and council officers have been undertaking consultation with a wide range of community partners on the topic of safety. This engagement has directly informed a new draft commitment to reflect aspirations laid down in the City of Hobart Community Vision.

    The Draft Community Safety Commitment 2019, outlines key partnerships and focus areas as well as sets clear goals and priorities for action.

    This commitment will help to inform a new policy and action plan to guide the City’s work in community safety as well as reaffirm the pledge to positive collaborative action.

    In March 2019 the community were asked to get involved and have your say in the following ways:
