Draft Community Safety Commitment
Consultation has concluded
Project Background
The City of Hobart has an active role working with community and businesses to improve the safety and perceptions of safety within our City. We understand that when people are connected to their community, they hear and care for their community, making it a safer place for everyone.
This draft Community Safety Commitment reflects the actions and initiatives we undertake with our many partners to work towards the aspiration of everyone in our community feeling protected from harm.
The City is now seeking community feedback on the draft Community Safety Commitment. Feedback gathered during this engagement period will be used to consider any changes or amendments to the draft commitments before presenting the final documents to Council in June 2021.
